True Crime Meets Purpose
Welcome to Inspector Genxr
Where the smallest victims find their strongest voice.

November/December 2025
As the year draws to a close, the entire Inspector Genxr team extends heartfelt holiday greetings to our dedicated community!
We want to thank you, sincerely, for visiting our website and for your unwavering support of our mission to advocate for the littlest victims of crime. Your presence here is vital. We encourage you to continue navigating through our site, signing the petitions for change, and exploring the ways you can directly support our mission and the families of the victims we cover.
I also want to address a change in our operational structure with complete transparency.
As many independent true crime creators have experienced, the increasing financial pressures due to platform wide censorship and demonetization, particularly on YouTube, have severely impacted our ability to sustain this mission full time. The investigative work, content production and advocacy efforts require significant resources and dedicated time.
To ensure the mission not only survives but thrives for years to come, I have had to make the difficult decision to take on a full-time external employment.
This critical work must continue. We are actively refining our content strategy to ensure a robust schedule of videos and podcast episodes are being produced.
We ask for your understanding and patience during this short transition as I acclimate to my new professional responsibilities.
Thank you for your incredible support. You are the engine that keeps our fight for justice moving forward!

Help Brandon Foe Reclaim His Life After Unimaginable Loss
Brandon Foe is living through every parent’s worst nightmare. His only child, 22-month-old Zamora Lee Foe, was brutally tortured and murdered by her mother and her mother’s boyfriend. The details are unspeakable. The grief is immeasurable.
But Brandon’s pain didn’t begin there.
At just 18 years old, Brandon survived a devastating car accident that left him permanently paralyzed. He lost his mobility, his independence, and his best friend—all before Zamora was even born. For nearly two years, he fought to recover, clinging to the hope of fatherhood and a future with his daughter.
Now, that future has been stolen.
Brandon is confined to a bed, unable to leave his home without assistance. He’s grieving, isolated, and still fighting—this time for a chance to breathe fresh air, feel sunlight on his face, and reclaim some dignity in the wake of unimaginable trauma.
Your donation will help Brandon purchase a heavy-duty electric wheelchair and build a ramp so he can finally get outside. It’s not just about mobility—it’s about healing, hope, and honoring Zamora’s memory.
👉Donate to Brandon’s GoFundMe Every dollar helps. Every share matters. Every act of kindness brings Brandon one step closer to freedom.
Let’s show him he’s not alone. Let’s fight for justice—and for life after loss.

“I’m not just a narrator—I’m an advocate. With every breath,
I try to honor the children whose voices were stolen.
Every script is written with trembling hands and unwavering heart, because these aren’t just cases to cover.
They’re stories that deserve to be told with soul.”
“Behind each word, there’s research, grief, outrage, and fierce love for justice. I use my voice not to sensationalize, but to humanize.”
“My voice is there when the headlines fade. When the names are forgotten. When families are left in the aftermath. I speak because silence has already done too much damage.”
Lisa - The Voice of Inspector Genxr
The Mission
What began as a lifelong fascination with true crime became a personal mission when I realized how often the stories of children—the most innocent victims—fade into silence. That silence haunted me.
And so, Inspector Genxr was born.
Through heartbreak, research, and unwavering dedication, I put my heart into every video and every episode.
These aren’t just stories to me—they’re lives, they’re legacies. I spend countless hours combing through the facts, connecting with families, and ensuring that every detail is told with care, respect, and truth.
Because the victims deserve more than headlines.
In just one year, my YouTube channel has grown faster than I ever imagined—not because of me,
but because these stories matter. Because people care.
I’ve expanded this mission with my podcast Little Voices, bringing these stories to new ears and deeper levels.
Under the Inspector Genxr umbrella, we’re not just documenting true crime—we're demanding change.
Join us, as we build a powerful, compassionate community of listeners, advocates, and allies.
My hope is to create more than content. I want to build a family of like-minded souls who refuse to let these children be forgotten.
We are their voice.
We are their fighters.
And we’re just getting started.

Stop Plea Deals For Child Predators

Too often, crimes against children end in plea deals. A predator commits an unthinkable act, and instead of facing the full consequences, they plead down to a lesser charge, sometimes avoiding the sex offender registry altogether. Then they walk free, only to hurt another child. One of the most heartbreaking recent examples is the case of 11-year-old Audrii Cunningham. Her killer, Don Steven McDougal, had a long history of disturbing behavior. Years earlier, he was accused of getting into bed with a 10-year-old girl and trying to remove her pants. He pled down to a lesser charge, enticing a child, and avoided having to register as a sex offender. That decision had devastating consequences. Because he wasn’t on the registry, there was no public warning, no tracking, and no protection in place to stop him from taking Audrii's life. A more recent case is that of Candon Dahle, a former BYU baseball player. He was accused of sexually abusing a relative from ages 7 to 12. Prosecutors struck a plea deal: Dahle pled guilty to two counts of felony injury to a child, while more serious charges were dropped. As part of that deal, he was not required to register as a sex offender. He received 180 days in jail, eight years of probation, 200 hours of community service, and fines, even though his abuse spanned years. Those are just two examples among countless others. So many young girls and boys endure these kinds of crimes in silence, afraid to come forward because they’ve seen how often the system fails to hold predators accountable. It’s time to change that, to demand real justice and real protection for children. The kind of plea deals offered to these perpetrators rob children and their families of full justice. They let predators avoid accountability, evade sex offender registration, and sometimes re-offend unchecked. We need stronger laws that protect children, not predators. No more plea deals for crimes against children. No more offenders slipping through the cracks. Every conviction should carry the full weight of the law, with mandatory registration and meaningful prison sentences that truly reflect the harm done. If you believe children deserve better protection and predators deserve real accountability, sign and share this petition. Let’s send a message that justice should never mean giving monsters a second chance to destroy another life.
A'Marie Kennibrew

I'm a mother, deeply committed to ensuring the safety, voice, and protection of all children. When I met Antavia Kennibrew, the mother of 5-year-old A’Marie, my heart broke as she shared her devastating story. Despite the unimaginable harm that befell A'Marie, Antavia was told that the 8- and 9-year-olds involved could not be charged due to their age. As a mom and community leader, I cannot stand idly by in the face of such injustice. In Ohio, our juvenile justice system is failing our children, both victims and those who need intervention at crucial stages of their development. Under current Ohio law (Ohio Revised Code §2152.10–§2152.12), prosecutors are prohibited from transferring juvenile cases to adult court unless the youth is at least 14 years old. As a result, most counties opt not to pursue delinquency cases against children younger than 12, leaving severe cases of physical assault, abuse, or cruelty in a legal limbo where no one is held accountable. This legal loophole means that 8- and 9-year-olds can commit serious acts without any consequences or behavioral interventions, risking further harm to themselves and others. The system currently does not address or rehabilitate young offenders who may need guidance and support to prevent escalation to more serious offenses. I propose a change to Ohio’s juvenile justice law to fill this dangerous gap — beginning with mandatory psychological evaluations for any child under 12 accused of a violent act. These evaluations should determine what comes next: whether the child needs intensive therapy, family intervention, or, in the most severe cases, secure placement in a juvenile facility that focuses on treatment and safety. This isn’t about punishing children — it’s about protecting all children. It’s about facing the reality that violent behavior at 8 or 9 years old signals deep trauma, not “kids being kids.” Ignoring it helps no one — not the victim, not the child who caused harm, not the community that has to face the consequences later. Ohio needs a clear, evidence-based process that starts with professional assessment, then directs each case to the right level of intervention — therapeutic, behavioral, or judicial. Every child deserves a path toward accountability, healing, and safety. I call on Ohio lawmakers to act urgently and create legislation that requires early evaluation, appropriate intervention, and real accountability for violent juvenile cases under 12. We can protect our kids and rebuild public trust in our system — but only if we stop letting legal loopholes make excuses for violence. Let us fight for a robust system that addresses these critical issues and ensures the safety and well-being of all Ohio’s children. Please sign this petition to demand justice reform in Ohio for our youngest and most vulnerable residents. Together, we can make a difference. Update: Because of your valiant efforts, I was able to retain legal representation for this mother within the first 24 hours. Two out of the three children were charged. More families have been reaching out with similar heinous stories. Please help these families get Justice as well as we continue to fight for justice for A’Marie & other victimized children.
Mariah Giselle

On July 1,2023 I went to sleep knowing my baby was safe or at least I thought. Evil lingered closer then I could have ever imagined 💔 on July 2,2023 I was woken up to my beautiful daughter body. My daughter’s murder woke me up to her lifeless body. I woke up panicking since I didn’t understand what had happened to my baby. I remember my bloody screams “my baby my baby not my baby” as I didn’t understand that morning what had happened to my beautiful baby. In panic I managed to get up quick and call 911. The 911 operator tried his best to calm me down and asked me to perform CPR to my daughter. I took my daughter away from Gonzalo Alvarado and started performing CPR on my baby Mariah 💔 I remember when I touched her her body she was already cold and purple but I had hope that maybe God would give me a miracle. I NEVER GOT MY MIRACLE 💔 my baby was smothered to death and had blunt force trauma to her head 💔please help me sign this petition to get his bond revoked help me get justice for Mariah
Renee Freer

💔 Justice Should Never Expire: Pass Renee’s Law in Connecticut 💔 An eight-year-old girl was murdered. Forty-eight years later, her killer walks free not because the truth isn’t known, but because the law says nothing can be done. Renee Freer deserves justice. Sign to help pass Renee’s Law, so no child’s murder is ever protected by time. On a warm June evening in 1977, 8-year-old Renee Freer should have been celebrating the start of summer in her hometown of Monroe, Connecticut. Instead, she was brutally murdered in the woods behind her home…. her life stolen before it ever truly began. Families like Renee Freer’s live with a heartbreak that never ends. For nearly five decades, her loved ones waited, prayed, and hoped for justice only to be told it’s too late. They know who killed their 8-year-old daughter, but the law says time ran out. No parent should ever hear those words. Renee’s story isn’t just one family’s pain — it’s a warning to every parent in Connecticut that, right now, a loophole can erase justice for a murdered child. The people most impacted are the ones left behind……mothers, fathers, siblings, and friends……forced to carry unbearable grief while the law protects the guilty instead of the innocent. For nearly five decades, Renee’s family held onto one thing: hope. Hope that someone would finally be held accountable, but this month, that hope was shattered. The State’s Attorney’s Office closed her case…..forever. Not because they don’t know who did it, but because of outdated juvenile laws that protect offenders, even in cases of murder. “We know who did it,” they told the family. “But we can’t do anything.” Imagine hearing those words after 48 years of waiting for justice for your child. Renee’s Law: Turning Heartbreak Into Change Renee’s loved ones have transformed their pain into purpose. They’re fighting for Renee’s Law — a Connecticut initiative to make sure no child’s murder is ever dismissed by time and age. If passed, Renee’s Law would: • Stop the statute of limitations when the offender is a juvenile. • Eliminate time limits for crimes that take a child’s life. • Allow accountability even when the offender was under 14. This isn’t about vengeance. It’s about truth, fairness, and giving every child victim a voice no matter how many years have passed. A Family That Never Stopped Loving Her Renee’s family and community have carried her memory for 48 years through grief, vigils, and endless advocacy. They’ve built a movement through the family-run Facebook group, Justice for Renee Freer and are leading the push for reform. They refuse to let Renee’s name fade into another unsolved file. What is at stake? If nothing changes, Renee’s story will repeat itself. More children’s lives could be stolen, and their killers could walk free — not because they’re innocent, but because the clock ran out. What’s at stake is so much more than one case; it’s our belief that every child’s life matters and that justice should never expire. Passing Renee’s Law would stop the statute of limitations when the offender is a juvenile and ensure that murder, especially the murder of a child, can always be prosecuted no matter how many years have passed. We have the power to make sure no other family hears, “We know who did it, but we can’t do anything.” Why is now the time to act? Now is the time because every day we wait, another family could lose their only chance at justice. Renee’s mother died without answers. Her friends grew up haunted by what happened. Her family still fights in her name, carrying her memory through 48 long years of heartbreak. Their courage has given us all a reason to act and to turn pain into purpose and tragedy into change. Connecticut can lead the way by passing Renee’s Law and declaring once and for all: justice for children never expires. Don’t let time silence Renee’s voice. Sign today, and stand for every child who can’t speak for themselves. 💜
Elena Hembree

We cannot let baby Elena's name slip through the cracks! According to Psychologists that primarily treat sex offenders, it is almost impossible for sex offenders to be considered “rehabilitated” and have higher rates of recidivism (reoffending within 2 years). I am writing this petition with a heavy heart and a deep sense of urgency to bring justice to the innocent children who have suffered at the hands of child abusers and child molesters in the state of Kentucky. This petition aims to enforce harsher punishments for these heinous crimes by advocating for the implementation of Elena Law. As a parent myself, I cannot fathom the pain and fear that baby Elena Hembree at only 17 months old, had to endure. It breaks my heart knowing that such cruelty exists in our society. Elena's tragic story has touched me deeply, as I have a baby girl who is just a few months younger than she was when her life was tragically cut short. Elena Law seeks to ensure that those responsible for such despicable acts face severe consequences that match the severity of their crimes. By enforcing harsher punishments, we can send a strong message that child abuse will not be tolerated in our communities. According to reliable sources such as nationalchildabusestatistics.com and childhelp.org, it is estimated that over 700,000 children are abused each year in the United States alone. Shockingly, only about 30% of cases are reported or detected. These statistics highlight an alarming reality: many victims suffer silently without receiving justice or protection from further harm. By implementing Elena Law in Kentucky, we can take significant steps towards protecting our children from unimaginable pain and ensuring their safety within our communities. This law would serve as a deterrent against potential offenders while providing stronger legal measures against those found guilty. We call upon Governor Andy Beshear and all members of the Kentucky State Legislature to prioritize this issue by introducing legislation enforcing harsher punishments for child abusers and child molesters statewide. We urge them to consider implementing Elena Law as an essential measure to protect our children and prevent future tragedies. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of countless innocent children who deserve a safe and nurturing environment. Let us stand united against child abuse and child molestation by enforcing harsher punishments through Elena Law. Sign this petition today to demand justice for Elena and all the victims who have suffered at the hands of these abhorrent crimes. We cannot afford to remain silent any longer. Join me in advocating for change, so that no other child has to endure what Elena did. Together, let's ensure that justice is served and our children are protected from such unimaginable horrors. Although this petition is specific to Kentucky, when one state changes their lackluster laws to protect children, it is highly likely other states will follow. That's why no matter what state you are from, it is imperative we support Kentucky in their efforts to protect children!
In Memory of Tavern-Require security cameras in Texas childcare facilities

My heart shattered the day my 8-month-old grandson, Tavern, passed away while he was at a daycare. As a family, we entrusted a licensed childcare facility with our most precious treasure, believing it to be a safe haven filled with love, care, and protection. Yet, the unimaginable happened. The pain of losing him is an ache that will never fully heal, but it drives me to advocate for change to prevent other families from experiencing such devastation. Daycare centers are essential for millions of working families across Texas. Parents place their trust in these facilities to provide a secure environment for their children. However, without proper surveillance and oversight, there is an increased risk of unforeseen incidents. Currently, many licensed childcare facilities operate without security cameras. This lack of visibility not only limits parental peace of mind but also leaves children vulnerable. A straightforward solution is to require all licensed childcare facilities in Texas to install security cameras, with access granted to parents. Cameras can deter potential misconduct or negligence by providing real-time monitoring capabilities, ensuring that caregivers are vigilant at all times. Moreover, should an incident occur, video footage can aid in investigations, offering clarity and accountability. Introducing mandatory surveillance will revolutionize the transparency and safety standards within childcare facilities across the state. Parents will have the opportunity to unobtrusively observe interactions and verify that their children are receiving appropriate care and attention. This visibility empowers them to make informed decisions about their child's wellbeing. According to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, there are over 11,000 licensed childcare centers across the state, caring for more than 700,000 children. The volume of children and facilities highlights the urgency and need for comprehensive oversight. Several states have already implemented similar measures with positive results, showcasing reduced incidents and increased parental satisfaction. By signing this petition, you contribute to creating safer daycares throughout Texas. Together, let us advocate for our children's safety and wellbeing, ensuring their protection and our peace of mind. Please join me in urging the Texas state legislators to enact a law mandating security cameras in all licensed childcare facilities with accessible footage for parents. Let us turn our grief into meaningful change—sign and share this petition today.
