True Crime Meets Purpose

Welcome to Inspector Genxr

Where the smallest victims find their strongest voice.

October 2025

While Others Carve Pumpkins, We’re Carving Out Justice

October has been a month of quiet intensity. After releasing the Antelope Valley Murder Series—a project that demanded emotional grit and creative stamina—I took a brief step back. Not to disconnect, but to recalibrate. While the public side of the channel may have looked paused, behind the scenes I was deep in the work: researching new cases, updating thumbnails, refining playlists for both YouTube and Patreon, and laying the groundwork for what comes next. These tasks may not grab headlines, but they’re the backbone of this movement. Every visual, every title, every piece of content is crafted with intention—to honor victims, provoke thought, and mobilize action.

This pause also gave me space to reflect on why we do this. We advocate for child victims because they had no voice. Because their stories were buried, distorted, or ignored. Because justice isn’t automatic—it’s something we have to demand, loudly and relentlessly. And none of this would be possible without you. Your support, your shares, your comments, your presence—it’s what keeps this mission alive. Thank you for standing with me.

If you haven’t already, I invite you to scroll down and donate to Brandon Foe’s GoFundMe. Brandon lost his only child, Zamora Lee Foe, to brutal abuse at the hands of her mother and her mother’s boyfriend. He’s also paralyzed and fighting for the ability to simply leave his home. Your donation helps him purchase a wheelchair and build a ramp—giving him back a piece of freedom and dignity. It’s a small act with massive impact.

While you’re there, please take a moment to sign the petitions and join the movement. Membership is free, and it’s the best way to stay informed and connected. If you’d like to support the work financially, you can scroll to the “Buy Us a Coffee” section for a one-time donation, or head to Patreon where you’ll get early access to uncensored content, behind-the-scenes updates, and exclusive releases—all for the cost of a small cup of coffee each month.

I also want to be transparent about a recent setback. I tried to release Part 3 of the Gabriel Fernandez video—uncensored, raw, and honest. YouTube punished me for it. That video was shadow banned, barely seen, and now every upload must be manually approved 24 hours in advance. The idea that I can share uncensored truth on my public channel? It went up in flames. It’s simply too risky.

That’s why Patreon matters more than ever—it’s the only space where I can share the full truth without censorship.

So while October may have looked quiet, it was anything but. We regrouped, we rebuilt, and we’re ready to come back swinging. Thank you for being part of this fight. Let’s keep pushing—for Zamora, for Gabriel, for every child who deserved better.

Help Brandon Foe Reclaim His Life After Unimaginable Loss

Brandon Foe is living through every parent’s worst nightmare. His only child, 22-month-old Zamora Lee Foe, was brutally tortured and murdered by her mother and her mother’s boyfriend. The details are unspeakable. The grief is immeasurable.

But Brandon’s pain didn’t begin there.

At just 18 years old, Brandon survived a devastating car accident that left him permanently paralyzed. He lost his mobility, his independence, and his best friend—all before Zamora was even born. For nearly two years, he fought to recover, clinging to the hope of fatherhood and a future with his daughter.

Now, that future has been stolen.

Brandon is confined to a bed, unable to leave his home without assistance. He’s grieving, isolated, and still fighting—this time for a chance to breathe fresh air, feel sunlight on his face, and reclaim some dignity in the wake of unimaginable trauma.

Your donation will help Brandon purchase a heavy-duty electric wheelchair and build a ramp so he can finally get outside. It’s not just about mobility—it’s about healing, hope, and honoring Zamora’s memory.

👉Donate to Brandon’s GoFundMe Every dollar helps. Every share matters. Every act of kindness brings Brandon one step closer to freedom.

Let’s show him he’s not alone. Let’s fight for justice—and for life after loss.

“I’m not just a narrator—I’m an advocate. With every breath,

I try to honor the children whose voices were stolen.

Every script is written with trembling hands and unwavering heart, because these aren’t just cases to cover.

They’re stories that deserve to be told with soul.”

“Behind each word, there’s research, grief, outrage, and fierce love for justice. I use my voice not to sensationalize, but to humanize.”

“My voice is there when the headlines fade. When the names are forgotten. When families are left in the aftermath. I speak because silence has already done too much damage.”

The Mission

What began as a lifelong fascination with true crime became a personal mission when I realized how often the stories of children—the most innocent victims—fade into silence. That silence haunted me.

And so, Inspector Genxr was born.

Through heartbreak, research, and unwavering dedication, I put my heart into every video and every episode.

These aren’t just stories to me—they’re lives, they’re legacies. I spend countless hours combing through the facts, connecting with families, and ensuring that every detail is told with care, respect, and truth.

Because the victims deserve more than headlines.

In just one year, my YouTube channel has grown faster than I ever imagined—not because of me,

but because these stories matter. Because people care.

I’ve expanded this mission with my podcast Little Voices, bringing these stories to new ears and deeper levels.

Under the Inspector Genxr umbrella, we’re not just documenting true crime—we're demanding change.

Join us, as we build a powerful, compassionate community of listeners, advocates, and allies.

My hope is to create more than content. I want to build a family of like-minded souls who refuse to let these children be forgotten.

We are their voice.

We are their fighters.

And we’re just getting started.

We’ve already seen what happens when we act: Andrea Loving was arrested. That’s not just a win—it’s proof that every signature matters. Every voice, when joined with others, becomes impossible to ignore.

And speaking of voices—we’re this close to hitting 30,000 subscribers on YouTube as of this newsletter. That’s wild. That’s thrilling. That’s momentum.

Our goal is 50,000 by the end of 2024. It’s ambitious, yes. But we don’t do small goals—we do aggressive ones. Because the faster we grow, the louder our voice becomes. And the louder we get, the harder it is for those in power to ignore us… or pretend they didn’t hear us. 😏

On July 1,2023 I went to sleep knowing my baby was safe or at least I thought. Evil lingered closer then I could have ever imagined 💔 on July 2,2023 I was woken up to my beautiful daughter body. My daughter’s murder woke me up to her lifeless body. I woke up panicking since I didn’t understand what had happened to my baby. The 911 operator tried his best to calm me down and asked me to perform CPR to my daughter. I took my daughter away from Gonzalo Alvarado and started performing CPR on my baby Mariah 💔 I remember when I touched her her body she was already cold and purple but I had hope that maybe God would give me a miracle. I NEVER GOT MY MIRACLE 💔 my baby was smothered to death and had blunt force trauma to her head 💔please help me sign this petition to get his bond revoked help me get justice for Mariah

Oakley Carlson

Oakley Carlson, an 8-year-old girl from Oakville, Washington, was last credibly seen on February 10, 2021, when she was just 4-years-old. Tragically, Oakley was not reported missing until ten months later, on December 6, 2021. In the month prior, a fire occurred at her family home, prompting concern from a school principal who had brought donated supplies to the family. Upon realizing Oakley was not present, the principal contacted authorities, leading to a welfare check. Oakley’s biological parents, Jordan Bowers and Andrew Carlson, were subsequently taken into custody but refused to provide any credible information about her whereabouts. Bowers and Carlson were initially charged with first-degree manslaughter; however, due to insufficient evidence, the charges were later dismissed. They were then charged and convicted of two counts of child endangerment for exposing Oakley’s siblings to methamphetamine. On March 14, 2022, Carlson pleaded guilty and was sentenced to the maximum of twelve months in jail, though he was released after serving less than eight months on August 3, 2022. On April 22, 2022, Bowers also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to twenty months in prison. Upon her release on January 15, 2023, she was immediately taken into custody on unrelated identity theft charges. In July 2023, she accepted a plea deal and was sentenced to forty-three months in prison. Despite their convictions, neither parent has cooperated with authorities regarding Oakley’s disappearance and remain suspects. Oakley spent much of her early life in foster care, from seven months old to nearly three years old, with her devoted foster parents, Jamie Jo and Erik Hiles. In their care, Oakley thrived in a loving and secure environment. The Hiles, along with concerned community members, repeatedly raised concerns about Oakley’s safety to the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (WA DCYF), both while she was in their care and after she was returned to her biological parents. Unfortunately, their concerns were disregarded by social worker Angela Fries and her supervisor Kathryn Eddy. This petition calls for an immediate independent agency review of Oakley Carlson’s WA DCYF case to address the department’s failures and demand accountability. According to police reports and court documents, Oakley endured severe neglect and abuse while in the custody of Bowers and Carlson. She was reportedly starved, physically abused, and locked in a small cell as punishment. Between 2013 and 2021, WA DCYF received eleven reports concerning the Bowers/Carlson household, citing domestic violence, physical abuse, drug use, and medical neglect. Eight of these reports were investigated. In January 2021, a report detailed visible scratches and bruises on Oakley’s face, prompting an investigation; however, when Bowers and Carlson refused to cooperate, Oakley was inexplicably allowed to remain in their care. WA DCYF closed the case in March 2021. Notably, Oakley’s last known sighting was on February 10, 2021—meaning WA DCYF failed to confirm her safety before closing the investigation. In November 2021, three separate reports were made to WA DCYF within two days. These reports detailed the fire at the family home, Bowers and Carlson’s failure to report the incident, and their continued residence in the unsafe structure despite warnings from an insurance agent. Shockingly, all three calls were screened out and ignored. This blatant disregard for Oakley’s well-being raises serious questions about WA DCYF’s actions. Court documents reveal the following failures: 1. WA DCYF investigated the January 2021 report but allowed Oakley to remain with her biological parents despite their non-cooperation. 2. WA DCYF closed the case in March 2021 without verifying Oakley’s well-being. 3. Law enforcement determined Oakley was last seen on February 10, 2021. Given this timeline, WA DCYF cannot confirm whether Oakley was even alive when they closed her case. Why would a state agency tasked with protecting vulnerable children fail to ensure Oakley’s safety before ending an open investigation? Following public outcry, then-Governor Jay Inslee ordered an internal investigation into WA DCYF’s handling of Oakley’s case in May 2022. The investigation, led by Patrick Dowd, Director of the Office of Family and Children’s Ombuds (OFCO), concluded that WA DCYF’s actions were "consistent with laws, policies, and court orders." Dowd emphasized the importance of parent-child bonding in reunification but provided little transparency due to privacy laws. This response is wholly inadequate. The investigation conducted by OFCO lacked impartiality and transparency. With Governor Inslee's departure from office, attention now turns to newly elected Governor Bob Ferguson. Governor Ferguson served as Attorney General when Oakley was discovered missing. During a weekly email and phone call campaign, Oakley's supporters reached out to him, urging him to call for a review of Oakley's WA DCYF case. At the time, Governor Ferguson’s office responded, stating that he could not assist and directed inquiries to Governor Inslee's office. As Governor, Ferguson NOW has the opportunity to take decisive action for Oakley and the safety of all children in Washington state. By signing this petition, I am urging Governor Ferguson to call for an immediate independent agency review of WA DCYF’s handling of Oakley Carlson’s case. Oakley deserved protection, and the failures that led to her disappearance must not be ignored.

Emmanuel Haro

Screenshot 2025-08-28 132528.png

Children like Gabriel Fernandez and Emmanuel Haro should still be alive today. Their deaths were preventable, but the system failed them. CPS failed them. Our laws failed them. We have Megan’s Law to track sex offenders, but no equivalent protection for children against convicted abusers. Too often, abusers are allowed back into homes, around minors, or even regain custody putting children at risk of repeated torture, trauma, and death. The creation of a national Child Abuse Offender Registry would prevent these atrocities and ensure the safety and well being of the most vulnerable members of our society our children. A national registry would serve as a crucial tool for law enforcement, child welfare agencies, and the general public, similar to existing registries for sex offenders. It would ensure that convicted child abusers are monitored and their whereabouts known, thereby preventing future cases of abuse and saving innocent lives. Furthermore, barring convicted abusers from gaining custody of minors or residing in homes where minors are present is a necessary measure. This can significantly reduce the likelihood of reoffending and provides a necessary layer of security for children. Statistics show a staggering number of child abuse cases each year, with thousands of children suffering and dying due to abuse and neglect. According to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, in 2019 alone, approximately 1,840 children died from abuse and neglect. These numbers aren’t just numbers they represent real lives lost, real potential destroyed. We must learn from past failures and take actionable steps to protect children. Establishing a Child Abuse Offender Registry and ensuring that abusers cannot have custody of or access to children are concrete actions that can and must be taken. It’s time for our government to act to protect our children and ensure their safety through stronger, more effective laws and systems. We demand change. Just as Megan’s Law created a registry for sex offenders, we need a national Child Abuse Offender Registry and a law that permanently bans convicted abusers from being around children. This is not about punishment. It’s about prevention. It’s about protection. It’s about saving lives. We call on lawmakers to pass what should be known as “Gabriel’s Law” or “Emmanuel’s Law” a law that ensures no child suffers at the hands of a known abuser again. Sign this petition. Share it. Together, we can protect the most vulnerable and finally say: ENOUGH is ENOUGH!

Arieanna Day

Screenshot 2025-08-10 131610.png

My name is Mallory Thornton, and I have been advocating for the justice of 3-month-old Arieanna Day since the beginning. This child deserves justice, and I am committed to ensuring that her case is never forgotten. I have dedicated myself to pushing for a renewed investigation and public support for her case
We, the undersigned, demand justice for 3-month-old Arieanna Day, who was last seen alive on September 11, 2018, in Roanoke, Virginia. Arieanna’s disappearance remains unsolved more than six years later. Both of her parents, Jessica Day and Andrew Terry, have made troubling and inconsistent statements ( including on social media platforms)regarding the infant’s fate. Terry was previously convicted of concealing a dead body in connection with this case—yet Arieanna’s remains have never been recovered, and no one has been charged with her death. Jessica Day reportedly told law enforcement multiple conflicting stories about her daughter, including that the baby died of accidental smothering. Despite this, and Andrew Terry's prior conviction, no murder or manslaughter charges have been filed against either parent. Virginia law supports "no-body" prosecutions, and the state has secured convictions in similar cases such as those of Michael Edwards, Lamont Johnson,Cory Bigsby and Stephen Epperly. There is clear precedent for moving forward even without physical remains when there is substantial circumstantial evidence.

We understand that mental health may be a factor in prosecution decisions. However, if a person is legally competent and probable cause exists, mental health should not prevent the pursuit of justice-especially in a case involving the death and disappearance of an infant. We call on Roanoke Commonwealth’s Attorney Donald Caldwell, Current Council Members: Mayor: Sherman P. Lea, Sr.
Vice-Mayor: Joseph L. Cobb
Council Members: Peter J. Volosin
Vivian Sanchez-Jones
Patricia White-Boyd
Stephanie Moon Reynolds
Luke W. Priddy City Manager’s Office
to: Reopen the investigation into the death and disappearance of Arieanna Day,
Convene a special grand jury under Virginia Code § 19.2-206 to examine all available evidence,
Evaluate the roles of both Jessica Day and Andrew Terry in the events surrounding Arieanna’s disappearance,
And provide a public update on what is being done to ensure this case is not forgotten.
Arieanna Day was a defenseless infant whose voice has been silenced. The public deserves to know that every legal option has been exhausted to bring justice in her name. This petition is more than words on a page it’s a cry for justice for a child who never got a chance at life. I hope that it reaches someone whose heart won’t allow them to look the other way. Someone in a position to act, to reopen this case, to demand accountability, and to help uncover the truth. This isn’t about me this is about Arieanna,a beautiful baby girl full of promise, who deserved safety, love, and protection. It’s about making sure her voice is not silenced forever. To those reading this: if you have the power to help, please don’t ignore this. Justice for Arieanna is long overdue. Together, we can help bring peace to her memory and make sure her story is never forgotten. Please sign and share this petition. Arieanna’s life mattered. It’s time for answers. It’s time for action.

Ariya Paige

This case involves the tragic and preventable death of Ariya Paige, an innocent child whose life was cut short due to severe negligence. The release of Rhonda Jewell on a $100,000 bond-even with a curfew and electronic tracking device- is unacceptable and a failure of justice. We strongly believe that allowing a convicted individual, found guilty of such serious crimes, to remain free, and still legally allowed to have children alone in her care as long as they are above the age of six, undermines public safety, the legal system, and the rights of the victim and her family. Reasons to Revoke the Bond Public Safety Concerns The nature of the crime demonstrates extreme negligence and reckless disregard for human life, particularly that of a defenseless child. Even with a curfew and tracking device, electronic monitoring does not guarantee public safety- it merely provides location tracking. Risk of Flight & Avoidance of Justice Facing a 17 -year sentence, Rhonda Jewell has every incentive to flee or violate conditions of her release. Defendants convicted of crimes this severe should not be given the opportunity to await sentencing outside of custody. Justice of Ariya Paige & Her Family The family of Ariya Paige has suffered an unimaginable loss and should not have to endure the additional trauma of seeing the convicted individual remain free. The bond decision sends the wrong message-that someone convicted of child homicide can avoid immediate accountability. Community Outrage & Erosion of Trust in the Legal System The residents of Baker County and surrounding areas are deeply disturbed and angered by this decision, which undermines trust in the judicial system's ability to protect its citizens. If the system allows a convicted individual to avoid immediate incarceration, how can the community feel secure in future legal rulings? Call to Action For these reasons, we formally request that the State's Attorney Office file a motion to revoke the bond of Rhonda Jewell, and we urge this Honorable Court to reconsider its ruling in the interest of justice and public safety. We, the undersigned, stand united in Demanding that Rhonda Jewell be immediately returned to custody to ensure that justice for Ariya Paige is fully served.
